Orders typically require 3-5 business days for processing and assembly before being shipped. We appreciate your patience as we ensure the highest quality for your adventure-ready kitchen.

Shipping Partners: We exclusively utilize FedEx as our trusted shipping partner to guarantee reliable and timely delivery. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor your shipment's journey.

Delivery Times: Shipping times may vary based on your location. However, we strive to provide you with accurate delivery estimates during the checkout process. Please be aware that unforeseen circumstances, such as weather delays, may impact delivery times.

Returns Policy:

Eligibility: We want you to love your TrailChef Overland Kitchen System. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and fully functional.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our Customer Support Team: Initiate the return process by reaching out to our dedicated Customer Support Team. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to proceed.

  3. Secure Packaging: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring it is adequately protected for transit.

  4. Ship to TrailChef: Ship the return item to the address provided with the RA number prominently displayed on the package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
